Read the Terms of Use [link] as they govern your use of this website and all orders you make through this website. When you register to create a login account, you will be required to accept our Terms of Use.
Can I trade mark my logo?
Yes. But the trade mark system works on a first-come, first-served basis so you will have to be quick. Please contact your country’s intellectual property office for more details. Logo Consulate is entitled to continue to offer and license the use of all our catalogue of logos, even if you register as a trade mark a logo purchased by you from Logo Consulate.
Can I have a refund?
We only offer a refund in very limited circumstances. In the situation where the products are not properly printed, or not properly shipped, you can fill out a claim form here [link] and you may be entitled to a refund. We cannot cancel or modify an order that you have placed, and we cannot offer a refund where you have changed your mind about an order. Please read the Terms of Use [link] about when we offer a refund.
Are the logos exclusive?

What are "non-exclusive" logo designs?
Non-exclusive logo designs are those that are available for repeat sale. These logos remain within our logo catalog after you've made your purchase.
Can I own and copyright non-exclusive logo designs?
No, our logos are available only as an impression on our printed products; the copyright remains the property of Logo Consulate Pty Ltd.
Can I buy a non-exclusive logo design and own it exclusively?
We are open for negotiation about an outright purchase of our logos, including the transfer of copyright; this of course will be subject to who has previously used the logo, in which location it has been used in and which industry sector. These factors will determine the price. Please email info@logoconsulate if you require an exclusive purchase.
Can I modify a non-exclusive logo designs myself?
Yes. By using our online editor you can change colour, add your name then set this name in a type face of your choice. These factors alone greatly reduce the likelihood of any direct competitor using exactly the same identity.
Can I place my logo design in a stationery set?
Yes! Just choose which set style you require within our "My Templates" page after log in. You can then add your logo to a Stationery item and personalise the item for print output.
Can I use my own logo?
Yes you can upload your logo on your "My Logos" page once logged in. Files accepted are JPG and PDF up to 1MB in size.
Can I use my own printer?
No. Logo Consulate is a web-to-print solution. Our logos are available for no extra charge providing print is always purchased from Logo Consulate.
What happens when I run out of printed products?
Logo Consulate provides you with your own Digital Asset Management System. You can reorder your printed products simply by logging into your account and either: update your files for print output or simply reprint your existing files. Our system will store these items for a period of 6 months after which time we will notify you as a reminder that you may need to re-order. If no re-order occurs we will delete your templates from our system. You can of course recreate your artwork again at any time.
Can I upload other images?
Yes providing your image is print quality, we recommend converting files to CMYK if possible. Please confirm via email if not sure how to convert your files. We will then check your files for print output. We however take no responsibility for the image quality or subsequent print quality of uploaded images.
Within your image "My Images" page after logo in, you can upload both PDF and JPG images up to 1MB in size even your own photograph.
Is Logo Consulate a safe site?
Yes. Our e-commerce system has been built with rigorous security in mind and interfaces directly with the St George Bank (one of Australia’s largest banks). Your online transaction is SSL encrypted (see yellow bar within browser when transacting) with GEOTRUST, one of the world's leading encryption certificate suppliers. We do not store credit card details and your privacy is assured.
Do I need software to run the Logo Consulate website?
No Logo Consulate is a web browser solution. You will however need a Java enabled bowerser (either Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari for Mac.) Please go to our “System Requirements” for detection of Java within your browser. If you cannot detect Java you can download it in a few minutes. It is safe and fast. Java is owned by Sun Microsystems, one of the worlds leading IT companies.
How can I make my purchase?
Once you've chosen from our extensive catalog of logo and stationery templates you can make a purchase online using our secure and automated checkout system.
What methods of payment do we accept?
We accept VISA and Mastercard credit cards.
I've place an order. What happens now?
You will notice within your Orders page, after log in, you have both a verification notice and a printable invoice. You will be notified by email of account verification and delivery details. Our printed products take approximateley one week to arrive, no matter where you are in the world.
Do I need to sign for my print delivery?
Yes, you will need to sign off on delivery, for proof of acceptance. |
